Your Local Family-Friendly Horse Farm and Petting Farm

Since the 1950s, Forest View Farms have been bringing people and horses together in a friendly environment at affordable prices.

We offer many facilities and services to our boarders and guests, including a heated barn and a heated indoor arena for year-round riding.

We have two outdoor arenas and several areas for turnout. The farm is contiguous to the Cook County Forest Preserve that provides our boarders and trail riders with direct access to miles of beautiful forest preserve trails for their horseback riding pleasure.

Our farm offers a variety of horse-related activities that include boarding, horseback riding and driving lessons, summer camp, trail rides, pony rides, hayrides, sleigh rides, carriages, coaches, other horse-drawn vehicles, group events, birthday parties, petting zoo, and our famous Fall Festival with the haunted hay ride featuring the Headless Horseman.

The farm's Equestrian Center caters to both English and Western styles of riding as well as driving lessons and training in both styles.

We offer breeding, specializing in white stallions, and offer horse and pony sales.
